Hi! I'm Mel!

A little about me to start! I earned a B.A(H) in English Language and Literature from Queen’s University and then decided to harness my creativity and continue my education. I completed a graduate program in Interactive Marketing and Communications - including an internship at a social media marketing agency, which led to a job. From there, I learned a variety of important lessons – including the do's and don'ts of treating your staff and clients, why professionalism in business is key, as well as the importance of having a consistent online presence.

After spending time working in the industry, it became clear that I could really help clients succeed online. Polished Media was born - focusing on delivering honest and realistic goals, while providing a warm and inclusive space for clients to learn, review, and involve themselves as much or as little in the process!

 

By working with some of the most talented subcontractors I know - we are able to tailor our services for each client! I want your brand to look its best online - and that does not have to come at a large agency premium!
